Norna Playgrounds proud receiver of the CSRpeople mark
At Norna Playgrounds, we are proud to have received the Jobtaskforce’s CSRpeople mark from Horsens Municipality. This mark is awarded to companies that contribute to creating an inclusive labor market, where there is room for everyone.
Our commitment to CSR is reflected in our efforts to:
- Take social responsibility for those who are struggling to find stable employment
- Ensure a work environment where well-being is a top priority for all our employees
- Actively assist young people who need a helping hand to find their way in life.
Our initiatives include offering part-time jobs and internships, which allow people to develop and gain a better understanding of their skills and resources. We believe in the value of mentoring vulnerable youth and place great emphasis on preventing absenteeism and ensuring that employees on sick leave remain part of the workforce.
