WAS certification - meeting regulatory standards in the Netherlands
All NORNA PLAYGROUNDS equipment that is TÜV certified after 1 July 2023 includes a WAS certification, with a separate WAS certificate provided. See list below.
Note that playground equipment with a TÜV certificate issued before 1 July 2023 is WAS approved under Dutch law, even if a separate WAS certificate is not available (Source: wetten.overheid.nl, article 31 & 32).
This means that all TÜV certified products are approved for the Dutch market!
A WAS certification remains valid for the entire product lifetime (Source: www.nvwa.nl).
